Go! To Sleep is a clinically-developed, individualized, cognitive-behavioral program designed to treat moderate to severe insomnia. Learn how to identify and then reframe specific thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with your ability to sleep deeply.
Program includes: six weeks of sleep therapy; an online sleep log and daily sleep score, daily sleep improvement recommendations,activities to help you get the sleep you need, daily e-mails from your program coach, daily articles to help you get the most out of the program, personal progress charts, six specially crafted relaxation practices, and motivational tips.
Since the Go! To Sleep program is Individualized, you can start at any time that is convenient for you.
